CNC complete machining centre for series production
Turn-milling centre for complex components with 6-sided machining
4-turret / 2-spindle machining centre
The HK-CON turning and machining centre combines turning, milling, drilling and threading in a highly productive manufacturing solution for the series production of sophisticated workpieces.
With four tool turrets and two main spindles, the machine enables the complete machining of complex components in a continuous process chain. Automatic workpiece transfer between the main and counter spindles reduces non-productive time, prevents clamping errors and increases productivity.
Your benefits at a glance
- 6-side machining without manual re-clamping
- Four tool turrets for simultaneous machining
- Two main spindles with automatic workpiece transfer
- Flexible manufacturing strategies for different components
- High productivity with short cycle times
- Can be automated for 24/7 operation
- High process stability and reproducible quality

Complete CNC machining for a wide range of industries
HK-CON’s turning and machining centre is suitable for the complete CNC machining of complex turned and milled components for the automotive industry, hydraulics, fluid technology, drive technology, energy technology, agricultural machinery and general mechanical engineering.
Its flexible machine configuration enables a wide range of workpieces to be manufactured economically, precisely and automatically in series production.
Cost-effective complete machining of complex workpieces
Increasing demands for precision, productivity and quality require modern manufacturing concepts. HK-CON’s turning and machining centre was specifically developed for the cost-effective series production of complex turned and milled components.
The combination of two work spindles, four tool turrets and flexible axis configurations enables the machining of demanding geometries in a single machine. Multiple tools can work simultaneously on a workpiece, significantly reducing machining time.

Two manufacturing strategies for maximum flexibility
Linked complete machining (OP10 / OP20)
For complex workpieces, the workpiece is automatically transferred from the main spindle to the counter spindle. All machining operations are carried out without manual re-clamping.
Benefits
- Highest dimensional and positional accuracy
- No re-clamping errors
- Complete 6-sided machining
- Maximum process reliability
Parallel machining (2 × OP10)
Both spindles operate independently and machine workpieces or identical machining operations in parallel.
Benefits
- Higher output
- Shorter cycle times
- Optimal machine utilisation
- Ideal for high-volume production
Four tool turrets for maximum productivity
The centrepiece of the system is its four independently operating tool turrets.
Simultaneous machining allows turning, drilling, milling and thread cutting to be carried out in parallel. The high tool capacity reduces tool changes and ensures maximum machine availability.
Productivity benefits
- Simultaneous machining with up to four tools
- Significantly reduced cycle times
- High tool capacity
- Short set-up times
- High process stability
- Cost-effective series production, even for complex components
Machining complex geometries in a single set-up
Thanks to the combination of X, Y, Z, B and C axes, demanding components can be fully machined.
Possible machining operations
- Surface machining
- Contour machining
- Hole patterns
- Angled drilling
- Milling operations
- Thread cutting
- Gear cutting
- Precision fits
Complete machining reduces handling requirements and increases repeatability throughout series production.
